Just prior to Christmas, we decided to create a limited-edition cookie just for the holiday season, and the beautiful red color the candied cherry seemed to be the perfect ingredient to top our treat. The cookie combines subtle almond flavor with cherry to create a snack that is not only delicious, but beautiful to look at as well. The Cherry Almond Cookie became so popular that we added it to our regular cookie offerings.
