Our version of a soft molasses cookie is an homage to my wife’s Godmother, Edna B., who was known for her amazingly delicious, soft molasses cookies. So her Godchild could enjoy her cookies right out of the oven, Edna B. would always bring the cookie dough mixed and no one ever obtained her secret recipe. After months of trial and error, we think we have nailed it. Try it for yourself and I think you’ll agree, it’s wonderful!
